Controller and Processor roles

esimity acts as a data controller when it determines how personal data is processed (e.g., direct sales to End Users, handling job applications).

esimity may act as a data processor when handling End Customer data on behalf of Business Users. In such cases, the Business User remains the data controller.

  • Device data: Device type, operating system, IP address, identifiers.
