After checkout we email a QR code and setup steps. On your phone, long-press the QR code , your device should pop up an option to install the eSIM. 1. Open the QR code in your purchase email on your iPhone and long-press it, then tap Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan) when it appears. You do not need to open Settings to add it.
2. After it is installed, open Settings → Cellular (Mobile Data), tap the new Brunei eSIM, and turn the line on.
3. Enable Data Roaming on that eSIM line.
4. Go back and set Cellular Data to the Brunei eSIM.
5. Turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching (data sharing) so iPhone does not fall back to your home SIM for data.

An old unused eSIM can block or delay a , travel eSIMs you no longer need first.

If the status stays on Activating, that is normal before you reach Brunei: it will finish activating when you connect to a supported network in the destination country.
