Service Overview

ESIMITY provides business eSIM services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and business entities. Our business accounts offer bulk purchasing, centralized management, and dedicated support for organizations requiring multiple eSIM solutions.

Definitions

  • Business Account - A corporate account registered with ESIMITY for business use, allowing bulk purchases and management of multiple eSIM plans.
  • Business Customer - The company, organization, or entity that has registered for a business account with ESIMITY.
  • eSIM Package - Electronic SIM packages that are available for purchase from the ESIMITY platform.
  • Qualified Purchase - A purchase that has been successfully completed and paid for through the ESIMITY business platform.
  • Sales Agent - An authorized representative of the business account who can make purchases and manage orders on behalf of the business.

Account Registration & Eligibility

  • Business accounts are available to registered companies, organizations, and business entities.
  • You must provide accurate business information including company name, registration number, and contact details.
  • Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative of the company.
  • ESIMITY reserves the right to verify business credentials and may request additional documentation.
  • Each business account is for use by a single legal entity. Account sharing between different companies is not permitted.

Sales Agent Management

Business accounts can create and manage multiple sales agent accounts for their team members. The business account holder is responsible for:

  • Creating and managing sales agent accounts
  • Setting appropriate permissions for each agent
  • Monitoring agent activities and purchases
  • Ensuring agents comply with these terms and conditions
  • Immediately deactivating agent accounts when they leave the organization

Bulk Purchasing & Payment

Business accounts have access to bulk purchasing capabilities and special pricing structures:

  • Bulk orders may qualify for volume discounts as determined by ESIMITY
  • Payment terms may be extended for qualified business customers
  • All purchases must be paid for in full before eSIM activation
  • ESIMITY reserves the right to require advance payment for new business accounts
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other approved business payment methods

Service Usage & Limitations

  • eSIM services are for legitimate business use only
  • Resale of eSIM services must comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Business accounts may not be used for personal use or individual resale
  • ESIMITY reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and may suspend accounts for unusual activity
  • Fair usage policies apply to all eSIM plans

Support & Service Level

Business accounts receive priority support and dedicated service:

  • Priority customer support during business hours
  • Dedicated account manager for enterprise customers
  • Bulk order processing and management
  • Usage reporting and analytics
  • Custom integration options for enterprise customers

Data Protection & Privacy

ESIMITY is committed to protecting business customer data:

  • All business data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws
  • Business account information is kept confidential and secure
  • Usage data is anonymized where possible
  • Business customers must comply with their own data protection obligations
  • ESIMITY may process business data for service improvement and fraud prevention

Liability & Indemnification

The business customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ESIMITY from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of eSIM services by the business or its agents
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Unauthorized resale or distribution of eSIM services
  • Any damages caused by the business customer's use of the services

Termination

Either party may terminate the business account relationship with written notice:

  • ESIMITY may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
  • Business customers may terminate by providing 30 days written notice
  • Upon termination, all outstanding balances must be paid
  • Active eSIM services will continue until their natural expiration
  • Account data will be retained as required by law

Changes to Terms

ESIMITY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Business customers will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ESIMITY is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

BY CREATING A BUSINESS ACCOUNT OR USING ESIMITY BUSINESS SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
